I have been described as “soft, gentle, and effective” at facilitating people's ability to create what they desire
and to create healthy change. I am passionate about
creating communities that center around spiritual,
mindful and heart-filled traditions.

Born a Texan, I grew up in various states and then
married a New Zealander and moved across the world.
Now, my happiest days are swimming in the sea
alongside wild dolphins ins Kawau Island in New Zealand.

I am a Certified Life Coach that has additional training
in areas of Women's Spirituality, The Work
with Byron Katie, Dream Coaching,
and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).
