Dreams are a magical place to gain insights for your life. 

The realm of dreams often speaks in a symbolic language. This course offers tools to help you translate the meaning of dreams for yourself.
 
Join Kirsten as the nights get longer in New Zealand to immerse yourself in the nurturing land of dreams.  This is a great beginner or refresher course for those that like to work with their dreams. 
 
In this dream course you will:

1. Establish a foundation and develop a practice for recalling your dreams. 

2. Receive a book that accompanies what you learn.

3. Learn how to program your dreams and interpret messages that you receive.

I'm Kirsten Bridge and I help women that are busy holding it all together to feel more connected with those they love and more nourished each day. Dreams are an ancient way to tap into wisdom so that you feel more supported.
I create class environments where people experience their own magic and the power of togetherness. This course is open to men and women.

Kirsten Bridge has been a Certified Life Coach since 2014 and has additional training in ACT,  a behavioural therapy that combines mindfulness with self acceptance. She is also trained in women’s spirituality and working with dreams. 

Clients say that her superpower is her intuition and attentiveness to coaching each person in a group.

She is often found walking along the coast while talking and dancing with her dog.
